Lachie is a second year medical student at the University of Melbourne with a background in eletrical engineering. He has extensive tutoring experience in breaking down complex terms into easy to understand take away messages. He also has experience in teaching coding and as an anatomy demonstrator at Melbourne University. He hopes to either go into psychiatry or oncology.
Jonathan comes from a strong academic background – he obtained an ATAR of 99.9 and was the dux of both his high school and college. He has a strong research background from working in labs across the world including the Harvard University Department of Physics, Children’s Cancer Institute of Australia and Stem Cells Australia. He also engages in weekly ethics discussions at the Northern Health Office of Research and Ethics bringing insight into current bioethical issues.
Greg is a first year medical student at Deakin. He was surprised to find that he gained entry into medical school last year with a below average GAMSAT and GPA. He attributes his entry to medical school through being a student at the MedAces training program. He is happy to talk about his experiences coming into medicine with a non conventional background in law.
David is currently a doctor working at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. He currently does not tutor students individually but continues to write questions and produce content. He spends his time seeing patients, publishing papers and striving to become a neurosurgeon.
Aadarsh is a second year medical student at Monash University. While not tutoring or studying, he enjoys spending his time playing cricket, basketball and watching sports.
Sarah is a second year medical student at Monash University. She has an L Mus A in violin and enjoys volunteering for studnet organisations in her spare time. She previously studied a Bachelor of Arts where she was interested in 18th century poetry.
